The combination of different broths and variety of noodles makes for dishes that become well established.

In SE Asia, soup noodles are often eaten at lunch time and is considered a low cost option for filling up quickly, add to the fact its low calorie and healthy, you can understand why its become so popular here too. Japanese and Korean style cup noodles are starting to appear in UK supermarkets.
